The idea: When rain falls on the lake, circles are formed. They are circular shapes integrated with a sound- and heat-insulating double-paned glass panorama.

Project Idea:-
Merging Business Bay Dubai and Downtown Dubai into one place.
- The project includes smart home residential buildings - a medical complex - a business complex including the 3 most important hotels (The Address (The Address) - 4 Vida hotels - The Roof Hotel). Vida was sold completely and is currently being sold in the Roof (hotel residential apartments).
- The project includes 12 buildings (Nest), a private building only for student housing, and it is on the corner of the project to make the remainder of the project family residential buildings, as there is a private street at the Nest buildings directly at the entrance to University Street.
The project includes 2 boulevards with more than 27 exclusive brand stores in the project, including (Starbucks - Spence).
- The largest car cinema with a screen displaying all cinematic content at a frequency specific to cars.
- Each area contains 12 food tracks for international restaurants.
- It includes 3 international schools (GEMS - Victoria - SPSS (Choueifat - directly administered by Arada)).
For the first time, the Technology Museum was officially transferred with the approval of Sheikh Sultan Al Qasimi (Ruler of Sharjah - may God protect him) to the Aljada project.
